How do our graduate recruitment services work?

Warrens Display offers a wide-ranging, professional service to cater for your entire recruitment fair needs, including the storage and logistical management of your kit. We control the movement of brochures and collateral and provide regularly updated inventories to our clients.


Our graduate recruitment services include:

  • 15 years' experience of UK and European graduate recruitment events and universities
  • UK and international logistical management including delivery, set up and breakdown of event collateral and display hardware
  • Liaison with relevant event organisers and submission of all relevant paperwork such as Risk Assessments
  • Dedicated Account Manager who can provide weekly reports and attend review meetings as and when required. Your Account Manager will also provide knowledge and advice on season planning
  • Fully trained and uniformed AV technicians to run your presentation 24hr access to our Client Portal for online ordering and inventory
  • The ability to react at very short notice to urgent requests
  • Large format digital printing - pop up, graphics panels, banners, etc.
  • Repair or replacement of any damaged exhibition display hardware; as all printing is carried out in-house, a replacement graphic can be produced within 3 hours
  • Furniture and equipment hire
  • A fleet of liveried vehicles to transport equipment to and from each event. We have various sizes of vehicles to ensure that the correct sized vehicle is used to suit each individual job, enabling us to keep fuel emissions to a minimum
