Our flexible service and pricing allows you to pick and choose the elements of support you require, from the whole package to individual options.

We have the capability to transport, install and construct your stand at any destination or venue anywhere in the world. Our team of trained exhibition installers follow the comprehensive drawings produced by our design studio to build your approved stand. Our experience in the exhibition industry means that we can anticipate potential issues and keep everything running smoothly, leaving you free to concentrate on the event itself and the benefits it can bring to your business.

When using our international exhibition services, you’ll be given your very own dedicated account manager who will be available throughout the entire event schedule should you require any assistance.

What to expect from our exhibition installation support

We like to ensure that all of your needs are catered for, so we provide the following exhibition installation services to our clients:

  • Site and Venue pre-event survey – we can visit the venue in advance in order to take accurate measurements and assess access routes for build and dismantle
  • Liaison with show organisers
  • Transportation to and from the event
  • Full Installation & Breakdown – you will have advance notification of the build & dismantle schedule and will be provided with a dedicated build contact in case of any queries during the build or dismantle periods
  • On site or on call assistance if required during the open days of the show – you may like to have the reassurance that one of our installers is on hand just in case, alternatively we will always be on the end of the phone in case you have any questions
  • Official hand over to client after build up – in advance of the build your account manager will agree a time and day that the stand should be ready for you to arrive and to sign it off.
  • Post show de-brief - your account manager will contact you after the event to ensure everything went well and to discuss your future exhibiting requirements.

What happens to my stand after the show?

Once we’ve dismantled your stand, we’ll return it to our storage facilities in Leeds or London and return anything you require back to your offices at your convenience.
